LE MERITE
Macro view of engineered technical fabric

Technical textile manufacturing

Engineered Fabrics.
Advanced Performance.
Built for What's Next.

Vertically integrated dyeing, printing, coating and lamination for luggage and PackTech, athleisure and performance apparel — developed with brand teams and produced at scale.

The company

A technical textile manufacturer built around performance engineering

Le Merite develops and manufactures engineered fabrics for demanding end-uses. Yarn selection, construction, dyeing, printing, coating and lamination are handled in-house, so performance targets set at development stage carry through to bulk production.

Engineered Fabrics. Advanced Performance. Built for What's Next. That positioning shapes how we work with brands — technically, consistently and at international quality standards.

About Le Merite
Layered coated and laminated technical fabric samples

Capabilities

Luggage & PackTech

Structure, abrasion resistance and finish consistency for travel and carry products.

01

Coated & laminated constructions

PU and acrylic coatings, film lamination and multi-layer builds engineered for structure, abrasion resistance and consistent hand-feel.

02

High-tenacity base fabrics

Polyester and nylon woven bases across a wide denier range, including ripstop, dobby, jacquard and heavyweight constructions.

03

Finish & performance

Water-repellent finishes, PU backing, anti-fray treatments and colour-fast dyeing and printing for demanding travel use.

04

Design-led development

Custom weaves, prints and surface effects developed with brand teams from concept sampling to bulk production.

Capabilities

Athleisure & performance

Stretch, recovery, moisture management and hand-feel for apparel worn in motion.

01

Stretch engineering

Two-way and four-way stretch constructions with controlled recovery for shape retention through repeated wear and wash.

02

Moisture management

Wicking and quick-dry finishes that move moisture away from the skin and keep the fabric light in motion.

03

Comfort finishes

Soft-touch, peached and brushed handles, breathable constructions and skin-friendly finishing across weights.

04

Colour & print

Precision dyeing and printing with strong colour consistency lot to lot, supporting seasonal brand palettes.

Innovation & R&D

Development that starts at the yarn

Our development team works from the customer's performance brief: yarn and construction selection, coating and lamination trials, and lab validation before a fabric is released to bulk.
